- All original packaging, documentation (including authenticity certificates), and tags are included.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Jewelry: Items that are custom-designed, made to order, resized, or engraved.
- Final Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales where returns are excluded.
- Gift Cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. How to Return
3.1 Initiating a Return
Email us at info@geagerjewels.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions.
3.2 Shipping Your Return
- Use original packaging or a secure alternative.
- Ship within 3 days of receiving return instructions.
- Ensure the package is insured and trackable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, contact us via our Contact Form. Exchanges for different designs or sizes depend on availability and may involve price adjustments.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds cover the product price only, excluding original shipping costs.
